What can RedPharma

Production
RedPharma has a variety of cauldrons, allowing us to offer maximum flexibility. We are able to produce batches ranging from 100 to 7,000 kg.
Each bulk production process is or will be validated.
Bulk products can be produced in vacuum cauldrons, which are designed in-house by RedPharma.
All preparation cauldrons are designed on the basis of the same configuration requirements. This allows us to provide efficient and effective scalability in terms of production quantities.

RedPharma can develop and produce natural cosmetics in accordance with the NATRUE label.
Filling, labelling, coding and packaging
RedPharma has several multifunctional filling lines, and labelling machines.
RedPharma has efficient and flexible semi- or fully automatic filling, coding and labeling lines to produce multiple variants of hot and cold preparations. Banding of consumer packaging is also possible.
Filling can be done in pots, bottles, tubes, containers and dispensers.
